Buyers, take notice: An attractive price tag means the owner wants to sell – now.  A three-bed condo, renovated in 2006, and going for nearly $90k below its selling price four years ago?  It’s not too good to be true, it’s just the nature of the market.  Now is the time to buy and when you can spot a motivated seller, you must act quickly.

The Location

A Red Line stop is less than half-a-mile away, as is a Super Stop & Shop.  Markets, eateries, a Dunkin’ Donuts, a CVS, a library, a few parks – they’re all within easy walking distance (Walkscore rating: 82 out of 100).  You can access 93 at two different ramps, neither more than four minutes away.

Waterfront Luxury in South Boston’s Seaport District

Summertime in Boston, there’s nothing quite like it.  Especially if you were to live here.
